PaySchools

PaySchools, the shopping cart and online payment system designed for parent-teacher organizations like ours, makes it easy for members of the OSA community to make donations and purchases online by credit card or electronic check.

The first time you donate or make purchases online, you will be asked to create a username and password. When you check out, you can make your payment by credit card or e-check. PaySchools will not store your credit card information, but it will remember your address and your transactions --- so at any time you will be able to view your order history (see the PaySchools Menu, below.

When you select an item, PaySchools will tell you that a student name and/or ID is required. You may enter your student's name and grade if you wish, however this is not required. You may ignore this and continue.

To pay by credit card, enter the account number and expiration date for your Visa, MasterCard or Discover card. To make your purchase by e-check, directly debiting your bank account, you will enter your bank account number and your bank's ABA routing number.

After you complete your purchase, an e-mail confirmation and receipt will be e-mailed to you. PaySchools uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, and does not store personal bank or credit card information to ensure privacy and security for users.

PaySchools, operated by the National School Boards Association, is designed for schools and parent-teacher organizations (PTOs) like ours. It provides a convenient, cost effective way for members of the OSA community to donate and make purchases.
